I started ClientBridge UK because, after more than 10 years working in Relationship Management, I saw first-hand how much impact good and bad customer service can have on a business. I created ClientBridge UK to help businesses maintain the highest standards of client care, because this is how they grow, retain clients and add real value.
I am a people person by nature, and relationships have always been my superpower. Over the years, I have worked with a wide range of clients — from celebrities in high-end luxury brands to startups and SMEs in finance, tech, creative industries and many other sectors.
